Not very good customer support.

I bought the Planes Live app to get away from the ads. After getting it on my I Pad Pro I was still getting ads. I contacted the folks at Planes live and they instructed me to do some changing on the app well I was still getting ads. Tried to contact the Planes live people again and they told me to do the same thing again. Well Im still getting ads and its very annoying.
Not to impressed with the support for this app.
