Best plane app

Great for aviation junkies!

Awesome App!!!!! I love it!!!!

Airliners fly overhead and they are already moving on the app, with the flight path overlaid on the map. Not just that. The app shows the airline, flight number and aircraft type. Sometimes, I just look at the map, observing and identifying the little plane shapes taking off, landing or passing nearby. The missus is tired of me exclaiming, "United Boeing 777 en route to Beijing!" or "Ethiopian Airbus about to land!" She says I must use my inside voice, or even better, go outside.

Easy to use and incredible information

I can use this app for hours.. very good information available about the flights and the app itself is very stable. Well worth the cost!

A neat app. I like being able to see what planes are in the area and heading to airports of interest.

As good as you would expect it to be

Extremely accurate!!! I sat next to Dulles airport and picked out each departure and arrival. No lag! Great for airliners, but I can also watch my boyfriends flights in a Cessna.

Yes I live less than a mile from the airport and hear planes taking off and landing all the time. With this app I know everything about the plane.... Except its passengers, of course....

As a manager for one of the largest airlines in the world, I have several tools available to me for flight tracking. Of all public apps available, Planes Live is by far the most accurate one out there. It keeps itself updated with flight changes, and has little lag time if any!

Cant say enough good things. Ive always wondered about the planes above. Now you can track where they departed and where they will land in real time. Amazing how many planes are in the air.
